These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Autolitic platform provided by Autolitic ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
To use Autolitic, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Autolitic provides cloud-based work order management tools. You may use the service for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the data you create, upload, or store in Autolitic ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We process it solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content of Your Data and ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Autolitic offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (LemonSqueezy). All fees are in EUR and non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the trial at any time.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
The Autolitic platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Autolitic and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, we will make Your Data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autolitic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
